Full price :  $3,995.00


Down payment:  $295.00

Monthly payments: $ 81.82   per month for 54   months with 8% annual interest rate.


Available payment methods:

Zelle, Cash App, Chime, Venmo, Bluebird, Cashier's Check, Check, Money Order and PayPal on the website for the down payment.

 Land purchase contract and maps will be mailed by USPS after down payment received.

Late fees $9.00 will be added for each missed payment if over 7 days late.

Returned check bank fee $12.00 will be added for each returned check. This fee is a subject to change by the bank.

Title for the property:  Grant Deed will be recorded on your name and mailed to you after all payments, taxes and  fees paid in full.  One time fee $50.00 will be charged for the deed, notary and recording in the end of the contract.
